We’re posting this preliminary itinerary in order to provide an example of what the schedule will be like at camp, which will run from June 22-25, 2017. Specific workshops and discussion groups are likely to change since we are still working to insure we include those topics everyone will be most interested in.

THU 5:00PM -7:00PM Welcome Get Together/pick up packets
FRI 6:30AM – 8:15AM Swim- Up to two loops of the IM Course

  • Open Water Clinic Available


Meet in Lobby by 6:00AM
  8:30AM –9:45AM Breakfast/Camp Introductions/Review Itinerary

  • Preview of Bike Course
  • Safety/Rules : Staying on Course and out of trouble- USAT vs. IM rules

  10:00AM – 2:00PM Ride up to 1 loop of the IM course, range from 20-56 miles.  



Aid Stop closes at 11:45.
  2:30PM – 3:30PM Lunch/Workshop- Grab a sandwich and meet for a “how to” workshop on bike maintenance.  


Workshop over lunch- BYOL.
  3:45PM – 4:45PM OPTIONAL: Run- Path around Mirror Lake (1-2 loops)

OPTIONAL RUN CLINIC: Prior Registration Required

  • Discussion/Q & A over Breakfast: Race Pacing- Strategies and Tactics
  9:30AM – 4:30PM Ride up to 2 loops of the IM- Options: 20-112 miles.

  • Ask Coaches for alternate loops if needed.

  4:30PM – 6:30PM Rest/Relax- General Q & A

  • Meet downstairs with a beer or soft drink for an informal conversation/Q & A session.
  6:45PM – 8:45PM Camp Dinner Location TBA
Sun 6:30AM – 8:15AM Swim- up to 2 loops Meet: Lobby 6:00
  8:45AM – 10:00AM Breakfast

  • Camp Wrap up
  • Clinic TBA


  10:15AM- 1:30PM Run on IM run course TBA
